This official live album captures the passionate stage performances of Guns N' Roses at the height of their popularity, including their one-night-only concert in Japan on May 5, which created a huge sensation. "Live Era '87~'93," released in November 1999, compiled the best takes from live performances around the world between 1987 and 1993 and was certified Gold in the U.S. Twenty-six years after its original release, it has been remastered from analog tapes by master engineer Ted Jensen of Sterling Sound in New York and released as a new edition. While the overseas edition is available only as a 4LP set, the Japan-only edition is released as a 2-disc SHM-CD authorized by the band. "Coma," which was included only on the original LP and Japanese CD versions, is also added as a "special bonus track" at the end of DISC 1. Japan exclusive edition.
